Fine Art, Account Coordinator to join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our Mississauga, ON office.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients during the shipping process as they relocate fine art around the world
- Coordinate the entire fine art shipping process including transportation and storage activities, managing the client database, troubleshooting issues, overseeing customer support and preparation and followup on invoices
- Set and maintain expectations, keeping the clients informed at each stage of the process
- Facilitate import & export documentation for international shipments as required
- Communicate with teammates and vendors in a timely and professional manner to ensure a successful shipment experience for customers
- Other related duties as required
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years successful experience in a hightouch customer service environment is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a logistics/transportation role in a fastpaced environment is highly desirable
- Related postsecondary education background in the arts or a similar field is considered an asset
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) required. Strong command of other languages may be an asset
