Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, addressing their pool and spa needs.
  • Provide product recommendations and technical advice based on customer inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, upselling where appropriate.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are wellstocked and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Stay updated on pool products and industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Offer basic technical support and assist with pool water testing as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, with knowledge of pool products a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$16.55-$24.52 per hour
