Real Estate Office Assistant for Busy Brokerage

Summary


At first glance, you will be back up to Reception and will meet and greet clients upon arrival to the office.

Daily support in reception will be required and knowledge of Broker Bay would be an asset.


You will have experience with BrokerWolf and Transaction Desk as you will be a key support for our deals department in processing and approving paperwork that is submitted on behalf of agents.

Social media is a must, as daily creation of posts and video will be a part of this role. A full understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others is paramount.

Assisting the Broker of Record, Team Leader(s) with Constant Contact and other initiatives will be required when necessary.


The role will have key components on a daily basis but will have daily twists and turns depending on what the brokerage is unfolding.

Assisting with social events, calling agents, calling law offices etc will be a normal expectation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, confirm showing appointments, receive deposit cheque's, greet clients / walkins, input messages using BrokerBay, (internal paging system)
  • May be required to aid in the areas of typing, appointment desk/ phones, assisting agents with offers, feature sheets, draft letters and other documents
  • Other duties as assigned from executives
  • Must have experience operating and supporting a front desk for a real estate brokerage.
  • Hours of work 10:00am 6:00pm
