I. Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist II is responsible for Supplier card maintenance, resolving supplier statements and problem-solving Supplier setup and concerns.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
- Set up and maintenance of system accounts payable vendor information
- Respond to incoming supplier / site inquiries
- Vendor payments via P-Card
- Audit invoice compliance
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory duties.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- Education: College / University Dipoloma (accredited)
- Experience: 5 year of accounts payable experience (in addition to education requirement).
- None required.
- Coding and processing of accounts payable invoices
- Strong Organization
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and Oral communication
- General ledger expense account coding
- Month end accruals
- Other relief duties as required
