The most important characteristics for our CSR's are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you'll be the go to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.
You're great at:
- Customer Service
- Handling highvolumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting team members
- Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information
You have:
- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of frontline Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
