We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to fill the position of Bar Manager at Skinny Duke's, part of the Nixon Hospitality Group.

- Empower and develop team to provide the best guest experience possible
- Model and uphold service standards and company values; work closely with FOH managers and team to maintain standards and guest relations
- Full understanding of opening and closing procedures; manages bar team during service
- Responsible for the quality, service and atmosphere of the bar program
- Regular maintenance of the bar
- Responsible for upholding and modelling business' core values and vision
- Maintain a safe and positive culture for team
- Assist GM with hiring process
- Develop + empower bar team; responsible for training of all new hires, and continued training of existing staff; assist HR in building bar training program
- Work closely with Executive team for cocktail and menu development
- Work with GM to review top and bottom selling beverage items and make appropriate changes
- Responsible for training all FOH staff on drink menu; support GM with training new hires and retraining existing staff
- In charge of all bar ordering, define and maintain min stock levels
- Responsible for inventory management, period end, manage and code all bar invoices; identify discrepancies with inventory or period end and take corrective action
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
