This is a vital role in our organization as you will ensure timely deliveries and maintain the safety of our cargo.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractortrailers and flatbed trucks
  • Transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or heavy machinery
  • Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure the protection of goods, equipment, and personnel

Requirements:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with freight handling techniques and equipment operation
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts or cranes
  • Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
