The Opportunity

Permanent Full Time - FTE Biweekly Hours

Salary:
Commensurate with experience


Reporting to the Director of Care, the Program Manager (PM) provides overall leadership, coordination, and direction to the clinical care team acting within the Mission, Vision, and Values of SCF and the standards of professional nursing practice.

The PM is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and carrying out person centered nursing care services and ensuring compliance with continuing care health service standards, employment and safety-related legislation, codes, regulations, and SCF policies and procedures.


A Gerontology Certificate, strong knowledge of safe work practices/procedures, and proficient organizational, computer, and presentation skills are considered great assets.

Our seven campuses provide living options for residents with a full spectrum of care needs, including independent living, supportive living, and supportive living with dementia, long-term care, and complex care.
