The Opportunity:
We're looking for Camp Managers for our Summer Camps to join our team.
Here's how this job plays a role:
Pedalheads Camp Managers are responsible for managing all activities at their respective camps
- You don't have to be a bike expert because we provide training for our programs for you to get going in your new role
- Work dates vary based on locations but range from June 1st to September 1st, 202

What you'd be responsible for
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build, in this role, you'll also be:
Program Management- Ensure that program delivery and safety standards are maintained, and that every participant has a positive and rewarding experience at Pedalheads. This will require lots of hands-on involvement teaching the kids.
Human Resources/Employee Relations:
- Schedule and manage camp supervisors, instructors, and volunteers, mentoring and motivating your team and recording and entering payroll hours.
Customer Service
- Be willing to go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
Administration:
- Assist with onsite registration and processing payments for product sales.

Operations
- Manage equipment and supplies for your site.
Skills, knowledge and experience
Here are some of the skills and experience that are important for this role:
- We are looking for people with experience managing, coaching, or supervising children and youth (preferred)
- They will be dynamic leaders who bring out the best in their teams through mentorship, motivation, and handson leadership.
- Hold or willing to get a current first aid certificate
- You have access to a bike and helmet and are able to ride a bike proficiently
