MediOne Physicians Medical Practice has four (4) medical practices in North York, Thornhill, and Vaughan. We are adding another two more full time doctors to our current physician team. Therefore, we need to hire at least one (1) more support staff.
Staff will have the option of working at any of our clinics (listed below) after employee performance evaluations.
Medical Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients with a smile, assessing needs, and coordinating care with medical team
- Using TELUS PS SUITE EMR to organize patient appointments and medical records
- Providing high quality customer service while multitasking
- Efficiently managing and preparing all paperwork
- Maintaining adequate stock of inventory and supplies
Application Requirements:
- High school diploma required
Minimum of 1 or more years of office administration experience in a medical/dental/pharmacy or professional office environment -

- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Ability to provide concise instructions and followthrough
