Key Information:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with side dump trucks.
  • Responsible for pre and post trip inspections, vehicle monitoring, and mechanical checks.
  • Year-round, full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience with benefits such as health coverage, pension, and vacation pay.

Job Description:

  • Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure proper vehicle performance and load distribution.
  • Safely load and unload materials.
  • Operate quad trailers.
  • Complete necessary documentation like Waybills.
  • Drive to and from specified destinations.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of side dump truck experience.
  • Clean Alberta commercial drivers abstract for the past 5 years.
  • Valid Class 1 or 3 Alberta drivers license.
  • Proficiency in Tandem Quad operations.
  • Access to personal transportation and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
  • Fluency in English.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
