The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of a new Inside Sales organization at ZE PowerGroup Inc. excellent opportunity to grow with the new team and function
  • Find new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques and tools (Zoom Info, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct highlevel conversations with executives, decision makers & influencers in prospective accounts as part of discoveries and other engagements
  • Provide a consistent flow of qualified leads to the Inside Sales team
  • Work with prospects to understand their pain points, business challenges and concisely articulate how our software and services can help
  • Perform research on target organizations, primarily in Energy and Commodities
  • Develop detailed summaries of qualified leads in the CRM as part of the opportunity handover
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and maintained including notes, activities, interactions, contacts, customer / prospect company details, etc.
  • Attend and participate in regular sales meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective supporting sales collateral including white papers, webinars, ebooks, website material, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Sales and coldcalling experience
  • Experience using research and other sales tools to develop target lists
  • Competitive and results oriented
  • Ability to articulate ZEMA's value proposition
  • Experience selling or supporting the sale of enterprise software platforms is preferred
