As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
  • Oversee the ordering of supplies and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
  • Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices for food handling and safety
  • Previous experience in hotel or kitchen management is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to supervise staff effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and menu planning

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
