Ltd. is seeking a diligent, growth-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations, driving continuous improvement in our processes.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and optimize

QMS:
Design and implement a cutting-edge Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure top-notch production quality.

  • Monitor and improve processes: Assess and enhance process performance across all packaging lines, reducing downtime and waste.
  • Lead inspection and sampling: Create and maintain robust inspection plans for raw materials and finished products.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance: Manage and execute internal audit schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis: Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal failures, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation and records: Develop systems for controlled documents and quality records, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Foster collaboration and communication: Work closely with operations supervisors and crossfunctional teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Lead Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to optimize our processes.
  • Lead projects: Take charge of quality initiatives from conception to implementation, making a tangible impact on our operations.

What you bring:

  • Quality management: Expertise in QMS development and process improvement.
  • Analytical skills: Strong problemsolving abilities, with proficiency in statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in using quality software and tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving projects to successful completion.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with food industry standards and certifications is a plus.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ-CQE)
  • Experience in QMS and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Project management experience
  • Certified auditor
