In this role, you will:

  • Research and assess potential fintech partners, staying updated on industry trends and new technologies
  • Lead discussions and arrange contracts with fintech partners, ensuring favorable agreement terms for all parties
  • Work closely with various teams to incorporate fintech solutions into our current products and services
  • Supervise ongoing connections with fintech partners, maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction and sustained collaboration
  • Keep an eye on fintech market advancements and competitor actions to uncover fresh partnership prospects

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in forming and overseeing partnerships within the fintech sector
  • Thorough understanding of fintech trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiating and contract handling competencies
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish and sustain robust relationships
