We are currently recruiting for a summer student to fill the role of Shop Assistant. The position would start in early May and will be completed at the end of August. We are offering a wage of $18/hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with our Shop Manager on various tasks
  • Vehicle detailing
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Organization of shop
  • Pick up and deliver items from various suppliers to different job sites
- other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1styear apprentice or relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, & problemsolving skills
  • Comfortable working independently & with a team
- experience with hand tools
- demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without supervision
- self motivates with a pro-active attitude and ability to pitch in & do what is required

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Proficiency in the Windows environment & Microsoft Office
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
