Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated manufacturer with extensive in-house CNC parts production as well as surface mount (SMT) PCB production, powder coating and plastics molding (SMC).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage department Lead Hands
  • Coordinate all departments to a common production output
  • Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of product manufacturing cycle
  • Manage a team of ERP Specialists including Purchasers, Schedulers
  • Report on equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
  • Experienced working in a build to order environment
  • Support new product development DFM process from prototype to full production status
  • Participate in supply chain management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards
  • Comply with Environmental Health and Safety standards
  • Lead and participate in problemsolving and risk assessment
  • Equipment utilization and expansion planning
  • Staff and team optimisation
  • Manage process audits and KPIs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering or related field
  • Preference will be shown to those with an MBA
  • 7 Years experience in Discrete Manufacturing, including part production and/or final product assembly
  • Experienced in managing workflow scheduling in an ERP environment
  • Experience in managing a team of more than fifty (50) workers
