- Répondre aux appels entrants rapidement et professionnellement
- Passer des appels sortants à des clients potentiels

- Aider les clients avec les demandes de renseignements et les achats de produits
- Mettre à jour les enregistrements des clients dans la base de données et conserver les enregistrements appropriés

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en télémarketing, vente, vente interne ou service client d'au moins 1 an.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ET du français
- **Solides compétences en communication et en négociation**:

- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à commercialiser efficacement les produits
