About the Role:
We are in search of a forward-thinking Senior Product & Marketing Manager to oversee our product and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to drive the success of our products in the market. This role calls for a leader who can motivate cross-functional teams, identify market opportunities, and develop compelling marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to gather input for product decisions and enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize existing offerings and position products for maximum customer value.
- Develop costing, pricing, and gross margin recommendations for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful product launches.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Define target audiences and create compelling messaging for each product.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and digital assets to support product launches.
- Create product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize marketing performance across various channels using data-driven insights.
- Analyze product line performance to identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Inspire and mentor a team of business analysts and creative professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product and marketing teams.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on product and marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles.
