About the Opportunity 
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of estate tax slips.
  • Involved with documentation review/update, projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage, oversee and ensure accurate completion of all Canadian and US tax reporting.
  • Manage all client critical year-end processes for accuracy.
  • Canadian tax reporting and delivery cycle function, including but not limited to the following T5/R3, T3/R16, T5013/R15, T5008 NR4, T4RSP, T4RIF
  • US tax reporting and delivery cycle function, including but not limited to the following 1099INT, DIV and B, 1042S, form 1042 and 945
  • Contribution Receipts
  • Estate Receipts
  • Maintenance of satisfactory internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Risk Ratings and Reviews
  • Stay current with regulatory environment governing tax responsibilities
  • Accountable for identifying issues and risks (financial & regulatory)
  • Ensure all internal and external tax accounts are reconciled
  • Liaise with other internal groups to ensure efficient and accurate processes that make the most sense from a client and regulatory aspect.


About You 
  • Min 4-5 years of experience in operations, tax processing and reporting
  • Experience within the financial services sector
  •  

Salary Range 
Up to $90,000/year
