Accounts Receivable Clerk

- Download the previous day bank statement and double check if all transactions have been posted in CDK
- Post wire transfers/funding received in bank
- Post daily cash receipts from Sales/Parts/Service and cap
- Handle Credit card charge back by Moneris or other financial institutions: communicate with related department, obtain backup and upload to Moneris before deadline
- Approve parts COV in CDK
- Post manufacture credits when received
- Post warranty credits when received (depending on dealerships)
- Post warranty adjustments (depending on dealerships)
- Send all AR schedules to all respective managers (weekly)
- Run and mail Parts/Service statements (monthly)
- Post funding notices
- Vehicle AR schedule daily
- Process credit applications and conduct reference check
About You
- 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience, credit card and bank reconciliations, and B2B collections
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experiencing with MS Excel- transferring data using Pivot tables and vlookups
- Committed to working 100% in-office
- Experience with automotive-specific ERP Systems: CDK or One-Eighty is highly favoured
- Automotive industry experience
- General accounting experience
Salary Range
$55,000/year
