Responsibilities
⢠Implement and manage data conversion processes from Mainframe systems to Oracle HCM and other cloud applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
⢠Participate in technical stream meetings to develop a comprehensive understanding of the conversion path and contribute to strategy and design discussions.
⢠Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during data conversion and integration activities.
⢠Conduct thorough data mapping and maintain detailed documentation of data processes and conversion outcomes to support project requirements.
⢠Provide ongoing conversion support and expert advice to both internal teams and clients, enhancing the effectiveness of the data conversion efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle HCM data conversion experience.
- Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path
- Provide conversion support for Mainframe data extractions and conversion activities for cloud application such as Oracle HCM, UKG Pro
- Oracle HCM data conversion experience-
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid numerical skills, Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of querying languages such as SQL
- Data mapping and documentation of processes.
- Participate in other program activities as requested.
