Job SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to create selling opportunities and repeat business.
- Equipment ordering and management.
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Sales Support
- Process time and attendance records
- Supervise and oversee Company employees and activities
- Individual will assist where needed in the scheduling and coordination of new installations.
- Follows through on activities associated with route accountability and standards.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a management position
- Self-managed and customer service focused
- Strong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles while influencing change
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to hold self and others accountable, drive improvement initiatives, analyze and act on relevant data and metrics, participate in and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent computer skills required, Microsoft Office
- Highly organized
- Passionate about providing world class service to our clients
- Must be able to travel to client sites locally
- Coffee/ Refreshment/ Hospitality background preferred
