Bell is seeking a Marketing Manager who is ready to bring their passion and skills to drive results. You'll also help plan and manage Bell's awards program, this includes marketing and promotion of awards and winners through various channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Senior Manager to build and evolve our employer value proposition (EVP) marketing strategy and content to attract top talent and inspire employee engagement.
  • Engage with external vendor to maintain our career site. Tasks include ensuring regular content updates, improving the site's functionality, issuing tickets for support, and integrating fresh content within the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage a social media strategy and content calendar focused on employment branding and career-related content.
  • Manage and refine our employer branding efforts across different platforms to maximize engagement and expand our reach.
  • Assist in designing and creating content and multimedia marketing initiatives - social ads, talent community emails, career blog articles, and videos that highlight our culture, employees, and tell Bell's story.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different job seeker audiences/profiles to be leveraged across paid and owned digital channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in brand, marketing, corporate communications to ensure seamless delivery of creative messaging to target audiences within the social world and through internal channels with employees.
  • Assist with planning and managing a comprehensive awards portfolio that includes developing and managing the marketing of awards communications plans for promotion.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our employer brand to assess the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Talent Management team with data requests and requirements based on business needs.
  • Be an internal consulting resource on employer marketing initiatives, providing proactive guidance and information to key leaders and team members across the organization.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within marketing, HR, brand, social media-planning at an agency or within a client organization
  • Strong foundation of marketing concepts and fundamentals
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization, planning and presentation skills
  • Highly creative and possess a critical eye for content
  • Experience with video capturing and editing, designing creative using any following tools such as CapCut, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment; accountable and flexible
  • Strong problem solving abilities; works well with ambiguity
  • Copywriting - experience in, and ability to, create persuasive communications including social media, an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/CMS tools and marketing technologies
  • English required; Production of documents in English
