About This Role

                                                                                                         

Your main responsibilities and challenges:

  • Align, oversee and execute all activities related to CAE SimHub Store, from marketing campaigns to digital products to achieve and surpass objectives.
  • Own & optimize the online customer experience to increase retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Influence and execute digital best practices to ensure quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and e-commerce growth.
  • Enhance the online performance through site analysis and metric reviews.
  • Develop strategies to increase store revenue.
  • Accountable for CAE SimHub store objectives, including and not limited to performance, revenue, customer NPS.
  • Prepare and present CAE SimHub Store status over-review to management.
  • Be ambassador for the platform both within CAE and outside of CAE.
  • Lead the change in converting our customers from the email platform and e-catalogue to the CAE SimHub Store
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Aftermarket teams to communicates vision and strategy to management and broader organization to ensure alignment with Aftermarket Services/CAE strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management and Aftermarket teams to drive efficiencies and synchronize Product roadmaps.
  • Identify, participate in, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness related to CAE SimHub Store.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor degree in job-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of CAE's products, technologies and processes an asset.
