Responsibilities
- High volume outbound calls following warm leads
- Maintaining active and inactive clients and moving them into various partnership programs
- Assist in the processing and preparation of various loan documents
- Market growth within assigned territory
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, lending products, or telemarketing
- Hunter attitude and goal-oriented mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
