Duties

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at Canoil Canada. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our valued customers and our internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with external customers to understand their needs and provide tailored lubricant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various disciplines, including production, logistics, and technical support
  • Manage sales processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
  • Stay updated on Canoil Canada's product line and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Assist in outsourcing key intermediates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement
  • Utilize and maintain data in our internal ERP software for accurate inventory management, order processing, and reporting
  • Generate reports and analyze data from the ERP system to support decision-making and improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the lubricants or industrial products industry (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial, automotive, or marine applications is a plus
  • Proficiency in using ERP software and willingness to learn new systems
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and outsourcing practices (preferred)
