Randstad is looking for Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives to work for a well known manufacturing company in the Concord area. This is a short term contract with the potential to be extended with FT hours. To find out more, read below:

Type: Contract
Hours: Monday - Friday, regular business hours
Location: Concord
Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour
In office

Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and emails from customers
- Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Escalating and resolving any issues with shipping and tracking and tracing products
- Work alongside other departments to ensure client concerns are resolved
- Resolve customers issues with billing or any returns needed
- Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Customer Service experience is a must
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Teams and Netsuite for CRM
- Organization and prioritizing are mandatory soft skills
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
