How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the National Finance Director, the Corporate Finance Business Partner is a key part of the regular financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and month-end close cycle for the region. This role will get the opportunity to be a partner to collaborators at a variety levels within the organization, including Senior Management.


Participate in the month end close process by supporting the collection and assembling of financial data while ensuring the completeness, existence and accuracy of data.

  • Demonstrate project management skills in the completion of the annual budgeting process that involves planning, gathering and submitting information to develop the annual budget. Process involves communicating to numerous collaborators and meeting key achievements.
  • Perform the analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for revenue and operating expenses.
  • Provide analysis and additional reporting in a timely manner to all queries from collaborators, including senior leadership, Area Presidents and/or Producers.
  • Perform analysis of income statement accounts to identify and investigate variances. Assist in preparing internal reporting packages for collaborators.
  • Other Finance initiatives and project work as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with Cognos/OneSource/JD Edwards or similar ERP.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, ability to create and edit Macros with VBA highly valued.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Familiarity with SQL would be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite, including strong familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Highly resourceful and flexible in adapting to a non-routine and fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal to interact with all levels in the organization.
