As a Solution Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of technology solution for new business product development You will utilize the latest technologies and methodology to delivers world-class applications that drive strategic growth, by enabling FCT IT and business teams through innovation, customer relationship management and product solutions. You will oversees the strategy, execution, and delivery of evolving FCT into a modern, technology-driven organization through the effective utilization of software, data, and cloud-based capabilities. As a key member of the IT management team, you will provide the technology leadership and direction necessary to create an environment that motivates a bright and technically diverse organization to deliver market-leading products and services to a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Drive the Business's vision, strategies, and priorities forward and champion new technology as a key lever for delivering against those priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with business leadership to shape the overall technology and product strategy with a focus on growth, employee productivity and customer impact.

  • Develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.

  • Deliver technology innovation aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change.

  • Provide technical leadership through setting strategy, developing priorities, and managing operating mechanisms that drive a highly effective and efficient development organization.

  • Engage with FCT business leaders and IT management to help drive innovative solutions.

  • Ensure teamwork and timely delivery across platform, data design and engineering practices to address critical business requirements and customer needs.

  • Build a scalable, secure, and high-performing technology stack using industry best practices, partners, vendors, and solutions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer and define product capabilities and technical standards that exceed customer satisfaction and experience.

  • Work with the business leadership team to facilitate the evolution of mindset to embrace change with an emphasis on technical capabilities to drive a high performing team.

  • Attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering and product talent and foster a collaborative, inclusive, impact-oriented culture that motivates and inspires teams to do ambitious work.

  • Work with 3rd party technology partners to hire and manage technology engineers

  • Inspire commitment through strong leadership, vision, communication, and talent development.

As The Solution Delivery Leader you should possess a strong track record of success in running a world-class product and engineering organization and in delivering cutting edge solutions with proven business value. You should also demonstrate strong business acumen as well as a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and dedication. As the Solution Delivery Leader should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding management capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar relevant field; advanced degree preferred

  • Experience leading a rapidly scaled technical organization while maintaining an outstanding software delivery cadence.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products, platforms, and services, at scale, and to measure and improve performance over time.

  • Deep mobile and data expertise having led major deployments to successfully drive business results.

  • Experience working across functions in a complex and dynamic organization, which is focused on delivering a frictionless and user-obsessed experience.

  • Deep acumen in all aspects of web and mobile technology.

  • Demonstrated strength managing and developing diverse engineering organizations.

  • History of delivering successful large-scale, mission critical software products on time, on budget, and with quality and security.

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing best practices in a connected service, SaaS and/or mobile environment.

  • Proven record of launching products and services in start-up and mature environments that positively impact and delight customers.

  • Established team builder in a global setting; attracts top talent across geographies and develops them.

  • Demonstrated results in end-to-end technology product management (vision, strategy, roadmap creation and execution) with an ability to create enthusiasm and drive adoption across the enterprise.

  • Ability to drive problem solving from an abstract high level as well as deep in the details.

  • Skilled communicator who can influence without authority and seamlessly work across a complex and scaled organization to find win-win outcomes.

  • Knowledge to integrate customers and engineers in such a way that drives excitement, innovation, continuous improvement and significantly improves performance. Recognizes the value of spending time with customers.

  • Proven ability to coach engineering organizations into a seamless team, with common goals and vision while winning the hearts and minds of the employees.

  • Experience in an agile/iterative, life cycle development processes and deriving best practices.

  • Organizational role model. Has an entrepreneurial "own the outcome" mindset, applied at scale and working with others.

  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear, confident, and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.

  • A passionate leader that is "soft wired". Has the ability to balance inquiry versus advocacy. Works effectively across boundaries to ensure the best business outcomes.

  • Strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought.

  • Tenacious and resourceful problem-solving skills with a high degree of personal and professional integrity.

  • Strong focus on execution. A leader with the appropriate level of drive to effectively manage multiple critical projects, ensuring that results and deadlines are achieved.
