Responsabilités :

Relevant du coordonnateur senior, le/la contremaître de production organise, coordonne, dirige et contrôle les activités quotidiennes relatives à la production des produits et des composantes associées à l’intérieur de son secteur. Il/elle fait le suivi des opérations pour assurer la disponibilité des équipements :

  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés selon le plan opérationnel, en gérant efficacement la performance d’une équipe d’employés responsables des activités de production;
  • S’assurer du maintien d’un environnement de travail sain, propre et sécuritaire en veillant au respect des règlements et des pratiques sécuritaires de l’entreprise;
  • Planifier à court terme les tâches dont il a la responsabilité afin d’utiliser de façon optimale les ressources dont il dispose, dans la poursuite des objectifs de production qui lui sont transmis par son cadre hiérarchique;
  • Superviser les travaux de production sur le site en portant une attention constante à la santé et à la sécurité;
  • Effectuer des inspections visuelles des lieux de travail lors de ses visites sur le site (exécution du travail, méthodes, procédures, protections, comportements, fonctionnement des équipements, conditions d’hygiène et d’environnement);
  • Assurer l’approvisionnement continu des chaînes de production en fonction des standards en effectuant le suivi quotidien des activités de production de son secteur;
  • Réviser et ajuster continuellement le nombre d’employés nécessaires de manière à optimiser la productivité et à répartir la charge de travail en fonction des priorités;
  • Compiler des mesures de performance et produire les rapports en utilisant la technologie en place.

Exigences :

  • Posséder de l’expérience pertinente dans le domaine manufacturier;
  • Posséder un diplôme d'études collégial en électromécanique, mécanique, en gestion des opérations et de la chaîne logistique ou un baccalauréat en ingénierie métallurgique, industrielle, mécanique, électrique ou tout autre diplôme pertinent (un atout);
  • Connaître la technologie des équipements de production;
  • Connaître et utiliser les techniques de gestion de base, de planification et de contrôle de la production et des matières;
  • Capacité à bien gérer son temps et les priorités;
  • Capacité à planifier, analyser et organiser;
  • Faire preuve d’habiletés interpersonnelles, de leadership et d’autonomie;
  • Être capable de travailler sur des quarts de 12 h en rotation jour et nuit;
  • Posséder des connaissances du système informatique SAP et de la suite Office;
  • Mettre la santé et sécurité en priorité au quotidien: vous êtes un agent de promotion des bonnes pratiques de santé, sécurité et environnement au travail;
  • Le bilinguisme est un atout.
