We are looking for brand reps to support these premium Sunglass brands with a 6-week project focused on customer engagement and sales in a SportCheck location near you Must be available every week, Thursday - Sunday, 6/15 thru 7/28 to support in-store selling (11am-3pm or 12-4pm).
The primary goal of these visits is to engage customers while elevating brand presence and sales. Your secondary responsibility will be to curate and optimize our product assortment, ensuring that our stores offer a captivating and on-trend selection of eyewear options.
With Luxottica's vast network of retail locations and diverse portfolio of brands, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the eyewear and apparel displays and shape the way people experience and perceive fashion.
REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES- Must be available 6/15 thru 7/28 to support In-Store selling 4 days per week, Thursday-Sunday (11am-3pm or 12-4pm)
- Educate and engage store consumers on the features and benefits of Luxottica products
- Merchandise displays that are set according to planograms
- Build meaningful relationships with store teams
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device
- A passion and authenticity for Luxottica brands (i.e. Oakley, Ray Ban, Costa) and the quality of their products
- Experience in customer engagement (customer service or sales)
- Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail
- Communication, active listening, and empathy are key - Brand Rep must be articulate and friendly
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously
This is an independent contractor position. All brand representatives receive a free pair of Oakley sunglasses. Compensation starting at $28 CAD/hour (rate based on Market and relevant experience).
Monthly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills. Build merchandising, inventory, and customer service experience. There may be ongoing opportunities to support merchandising activities.
JOB DETAILS- Immediate start date upon completion of onboarding process
- Brand Rep onboarding must be completed before store visits can begin
- A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)
