Oversee the pharmacy operations at our new Vancouver clinic and ensure high-quality care for our patients.
Lead a safe and efficient pharmacy with a focus on patient education and medication management during fertility treatment.
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to support seamless patient journeys.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, pharmacy best practices, and Twig protocols.
Set up the pharmacy during the pre-opening phase to meet accreditation and inspection requirements.
Manage daily operations of the on-site pharmacy including dispensing, counselling and inventory management.
Maintain accurate ordering, storage, and documentation of medication inventory.
Recruit, supervise and support pharmacy team members while ensuring smooth coordination with the clinic.
Communicate clearly and promptly with patients and providers via phone, email, and patient portal.
Prepare for regulatory inspections and internal quality audits.
At least 3 years of pharmacist experience, including 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Experience in fertility or specialty pharmacy is preferred but not required.
Full-time, permanent.(This role will begin as a consultant (part-time) position in August 2025 to support pre-opening activities, including the pharmacy accreditation process. The position will transition to full-time once the clinic officially opens.)
Monday to Friday, 7:00AM–3:00PM.
Some weekends or holidays as needed.
