Manager, Digital Marketing *Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns, optimize marketing efforts, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance and market trends.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, events, and print.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer trends, competitor activities, new markets, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities. Provide insights to improve marketing efforts and product offerings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures to stay within financial guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators. Analyze data and prepare reports to present to senior leadership.
Content Development: Oversee the creation and distribution of content (blogs, landing pages, videos, etc.) Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers through targeted campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
· Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling messaging and content.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
· Experience with marketing automation tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite is an asset.
