We specialize in placements through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, Francophone Mobility Program, Young Professionals Program, and Provincial Nominee Programs. Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless, supportive, and professional recruitment experience for every candidate.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the entire recruitment cycle. Source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.
Recruitment Cycle Management

Maintain detailed candidate records within the CRM/ATS.
Support compliance requirements for immigration-based recruitment when applicable.

Build strong, positive relationships with candidates to ensure a professional recruitment experience.

Pipeline & Job Order Management

Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future job orders.
Prioritize recruitment activities based on urgency, deadlines, and employer needs.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (staffing agency experience preferred).
~ Experience using CRM/ATS platforms or job posting tools is an asset.
~ Knowledge of immigration programs is an advantage but not required.
~ Competitive Salary: $55K–$75K with incentive potential.
