Under the leadership of President Neal Koppens and Vice President Justin Walsh, PK Construction has gained a strong reputation for managing projects from conception to completion with transparency and a creative approach.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at PK Construction Inc. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting cost analyses, preparing project estimates, assessing project feasibility, and collaborating with the project team. This position is based in Tillsonburg, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.
Experience in construction estimating and cost analysis
Proficiency in construction estimation software
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy in project estimation
Degree or diploma in construction management or related field
