Role: Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud Resiliency Location: Canada(Remote) Responsibilities: Assess customer's business-critical application workloads in Azure to evaluate resiliency, business continuity, and disaster recovery (BC/DR) posture. Identify gaps across network, compute, storage, and application architecture, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with Azure best practices. Conduct and deliver workshops, presentations, and technical sessions to educate customers on resiliency and BC/DR strategies. Prepare detailed assessment reports, architecture diagrams, and remediation plans. Work closely with customer stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to drive solution adoption. Support cloud modernization, architecture improvement, and resiliency roadmap creation. Required Skills: 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Azure solution architecture, application development, or infrastructure provisioning. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience (IaaS, PaaS). Strong understanding of Resiliency, High Availability, and BC/DR design concepts in Azure. Minimum 3 years of Azure consulting experience, including customer-facing engagements. Experience designing or developing cloud-native applications or Azure infrastructure workloads. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and executive-level audiences.
