Salto Gymnastics seeks a visionary and strategic leader to fulfill the role of Executive Director. This individual will be directly responsible for overseeing a wide spectrum of organizational activities, including strategic planning, leadership, financial management, program development, human resources, and community relations. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will align organizational activities with the club’s vision, objectives, and strategic plans, ensuring a standard of excellence across all operations.

Provides insight to the Board regarding the development of necessary club policies.
Ensures that policies are implemented and adhered to by all staff.
Oversees all marketing and advertising including the website and social platforms.
Ensures record keeping/retention conforms to applicable legislative/legal requirements and established best practices.
Prepare and maintain any documentation and/or licensing required by AGLC
Ensures that proper performance management systems and schedules are in place.
Establish clear lines of communication and authority at all levels of the organization, while promoting a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
Ability to articulate (written and oral) the organization’s mission statement and vision to the staff, board, volunteers, and the overall community.
Promote the objectives of the organization by establishing positive working relationships with: employees, volunteers, membership, Board and committees, the public, local, provincial and national gymnastics organizations, government departments, the media and other cultural agencies.
Develop and maintain professional liaisons with the community in support of areas of mutual concern.
