  • Produce mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics
  • Capable of managing outsourcers when required
  • Assist with the preparation of specification and tender documents
  • Assist during the implementation of works with sub-contractors and suppliers RFIs
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, and CAD3D
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of building services (MEP) design to deliver fully dimensioned working drawings
  • Holder of a Third Level Diploma/Degree in Facilities/Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in site works including auditing and identifying energy-saving opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the sites and a consistently strong link to all stakeholders
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Experience in auditing and identifying energy efficiency opportunities
  • Energy Auditor for SI426/SI599 / Certified Energy Manager
