We are seeking a roster of qualified IT Support professionals to provide our clients with Ad-Hoc technical support on an ongoing contract basis.
In this role, you would be the face of our team on-site and would be responsible for providing high quality customer service with a keen eye for detail and a focus on creating an exceptional client experience.
Backing up network devices and configurations
Rebooting network switches and APs
Documenting network changes and all services provided during the engagement
These engagements will be scheduled on an as-needed basis, with approximately 10 days of lead-up time. To be successfully placed on the roster, you must have a flexible schedule and a the ability to take on an additional 1-4 client engagements per month of approximately 4 hours in length.
