The Services Director at InnoVyne Technologies is responsible for strategic planning, client relationship management, team oversight, financial performance, and business development. Analyze market trends, assess industry competition, and make informed decisions to ensure the firm’s success.
Understand clients’ needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee consulting teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure teams have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Responsible for the financial performance of the consulting firm. Develop and manage budgets, monitor project profitability, and make strategic financial decisions. Participate in meetings to educate on service delivery and service offerings. Collaborate with marketing team in promoting the devised offerings to market and participate in presentations to further demonstrate the value add to our prospects.
Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in respective consulting domains. Leverage expertise to provide valuable insights to clients, guide consulting teams, and maintain the firm’s competitive edge.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a senior manager in the consulting industry.
Ability to inspire trust, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute long-term plans for the consulting firm. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Thorough understanding of business principles and financial management. Ability to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive profitability.
Ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service.
