Position Type: Full-time Permanent (37.Annual Salary: The salary range for this position is $53k-$77k, with a current hiring range of $53k-$67k
Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years experience in philanthropy and/or relationship building.

Software : Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software, particularly Wrike (project management) and Raiser’s Edge (CRM database).

The Campaign to Create Tomorrow already has overwhelming community support. I came from the private sector and was lacking fulfillment. The Foundation was a welcome change. Be the primary liaison between TOHF (including fundraisers), OHRI, and TOH (including physicians/clinicians, department heads, directors, clinical managers, Finance team), to support hyper designated gifts, donor visits, impact reports, etc.
Leverage our project management software (Wrike) and work in collaboration with our two key partners (TOH/OHRI) to navigate donor designated philanthropic gifts (i.e., Ensure that all TOH/OHRI outreach is tracked and actioned in Wrike, and well communicated within the team.
Help donors understand the impact of their gift by coordinating and developing personalized impact reports to support ongoing cultivation and stewardship efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Foundation peers, TOH/OHRI partners, and act as primary point of contact to centralize outreach.
Have honed your writing skills and ability to translate complex medical information into language suitable to share with donors.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. Project management skills, and the ability to fulfill numerous deliverables at once.
