Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and other legal documents. • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other departments to address contract-related issues. • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation. • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract management processes. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks. • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. • Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner. • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting contracts and procurement.
