Notre client, Impotlex Inc, est axé sur divers types de compagnies immobilières, situées à Montréal, QC. opère en tant que société des services professionnels qui fournit des services de comptabilité, de gestion et juridiques. La compagnie participe à des entreprises immobilières et agit à titre de société de portefeuille pour divers investissements.
Impotlex Inc est à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable/assistant(e) administratif(ve) motivé(e) et affûté(e) pour gérer les dossiers financiers et aider à diverses tâches administratives. Le titulaire du poste s'occupera des tâches liées à plusieurs compagnies au sein de l'entreprise, y compris la comptabilité, la réconciliation des prêts et la gestion des déclarations de taxe de vente (TPS/TVQ). Comptabilité
Administration
Saisie de données et tenue de registres.
Fournir des informations financières aux banques
Aide à la gestion de projets et suivi des délais avec d'autres services
Diverses tâches administratives, telles que la numérisation, le classement et l'organisation de documents.
Tâches de réception selon les besoins, en gérant les appels entrants et les visiteurs.
BAC en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience confirmée en comptabilité ou dans une fonction financière connexe.
Une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel est souhaitée.
Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).

Impotlex Inc is seeking a motivated and sharp Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to manage the financial records and assist with various administrative tasks. This position will handle tasks related to multiple companies within the business, including accounting, loans reconciliation, and managing sales tax filings (GST/QST). Bookkeeping
Reconcile loans and other financial accounts.
Maintain proper accounting records for all operations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple companies.
Administration
Data entry and record keeping.
Provide financial information to banks
Assist with project management and following up on deadline with other departments
Miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Reception duties as required, managing incoming calls and visitors.
BAC in Accounting or related field.
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and journal entries.
Experience with sales tax filings (GST/QST).
Familiarity with Jonas Premier and/or Sage is an asset.
Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Bilingual (French & English)
