Quality Engineer

Develop and optimize QMS: Design and implement a cutting-edge Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure top-notch production quality.
Assess and enhance process performance across all packaging lines, reducing downtime and waste.
Drive root cause analysis: Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal failures, implementing effective corrective actions.
Develop systems for controlled documents and quality records, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with operations supervisors and cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Lead Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to optimize our processes.
Lead projects: Take charge of quality initiatives from conception to implementation, making a tangible impact on our operations.

Quality management: Strong problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
Technical proficiency: Skilled in using quality software and tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving projects to successful completion.
Familiarity with food industry standards and certifications is a plus.
Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ-CQE)
