French – Description du poste Responsabilités Maintenir et améliorer le système de gestion de la qualité de l’usine. Rédiger le manuel qualité et assurer sa conformité aux normes, aux réglementations de l’industrie et aux attentes de la RBQ. Gérer les processus de mesure, de suivi et d’enregistrement de la non-qualité (plaintes clients, RNC). Superviser le déploiement des contre-mesures : actions correctives et préventives, Poka Yoke, etc. Définir la politique qualité de l’entreprise ainsi que les objectifs associés. Encadrer, développer et former les membres du département qualité. Gérer et former les auditeurs internes, en plus d’assurer le déploiement du programme d’audit de l’usine. Superviser la définition des méthodologies, outils et indicateurs utilisés pour évaluer et améliorer régulièrement le système qualité. Promouvoir la culture qualité de l’entreprise auprès des équipes internes et des partenaires externes. Participer activement à la planification stratégique de l’entreprise en matière de qualité. Exigences Diplôme universitaire en génie, en sciences de la qualité ou dans un domaine connexe. Bilinguisme anglais–français. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de la qualité en milieu manufacturier, dont 2 ans dans un rôle de gestion. Capacité démontrée à interpréter et analyser de manière rigoureuse les réglementations et les codes. Solides compétences en leadership et gestion d’équipe. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, résolution de problèmes et relations interpersonnelles. Atouts Connaissance des normes liées à la réfrigération. Compétences en lecture de plans (mécanique, soudure, électrique). Connaissances techniques du procédé et du fonctionnement de systèmes de réfrigération industrielle. English – Job Description Responsibilities Maintain and improve the plant’s quality management system. Write the quality manual and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and RBQ requirements. Manage non-quality measurement and recording processes (customer complaints and NCRs). Oversee the implementation of countermeasures (corrective and preventive actions, Poka Yoke, etc.). Define the company’s quality policy and related objectives. Manage, coach, and train members of the quality department. Manage and train internal auditors and ensure the implementation of the plant’s audit program. Oversee the development of methodologies, tools, and indicators used to periodically evaluate and improve the quality system. Promote the company’s quality culture internally and with external partners. Actively participate in strategic planning related to quality. Requirements University degree in engineering, quality sciences, or a related field. Bilingual in English and French. At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including 2 years in a management role. Strong ability to rigorously interpret and analyze regulations and codes. Strong leadership and team-management capabilities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Assets Knowledge of refrigeration-related standards. Proficiency in reading mechanical, welding, and electrical blueprints. Technical understanding of the processes and operation of industrial refrigeration systems.
