About the Project
The Hazel McCallion LRT project is being delivered by Mobilinx, a joint venture between Webuild Group, Amico Infrastructure, and Bot Construction. The consortium brings together unmatched experience in delivering large-scale, sustainable, and complex infrastructure projects in the Canadian market. We are hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team on the Mobilinx team. This position reports to the Procurement Manager.

Project vendor list development
# Issuing PO’s, contracts or change orders using Procurement Systems

Conduct detailed reviews of supplier pricing, contractual terms, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project contract requirements, value-for-money principles, and critical timelines.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with the Project Co and supply chain partners, ensuring transparent communication and mutual accountability to support project success.
Contract Administration: Oversee the evaluation and management of contracts, change orders, and submittals, ensuring all procurement processes are compliant with project scope and specifications.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate effectively with Project Co and suppliers to proactively address and resolve procurement or subcontractor-related issues, mitigating risks and preventing potential project delays.
Project Delivery Expertise: Demonstrated strong understanding of project design and construction processes, ensuring successful outcomes by effectively balancing procurement and subcontracting strategies with cost control, scheduling priorities, and value-for-money principles.
Multidisciplinary Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to consistently achieve project milestones and key deliverables.
Typically responsible for large, complex supply and installation as well as service packages and large fabrication orders.
Mentor to junior procurement analysts.

Degree, diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management or other applicable area
~Previous experience in an EPCM environment with a focus on transit, Infrastructure, Mining, Oil&Gas and design build projects, is an asset.
~ Experience in SAP is an asset.
~ Proficient in MS word, excel spreadsheets, outlook, database, and word processing software.
~ Proficient in the English language (Reading, writing, and speaking)
