We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing office procedures, resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency including HR and facilities support. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities and events, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence. Provide general administrative support, emails, and mail.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and welcoming workspace.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
Support the onboarding process for new hires including planning for office space.
Manage the immigration process in partnership with the HR team.
Manage Canada procurement needs in collaboration with other business units.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Authorized to work in Canada and available to start immediately.
3+ years of office administration experience.
~ Proficient in MS Office Suite.
~ Facilities and HR coordination experience is a plus.
