*THE HUNNY POT CANNABIS CO. *is the first legal Cannabis store to open in Toronto and is looking to add enthusiastic *Customer Service representative/IN-STORE Budtender *on our team at our *Hamilton* locations
As part of your role, your time will be split between providing phone customer service and budtending. You will assist customers over the phone with inquiries and support, while also stepping in on the sales floor as needed to serve in-person customers.
*Customer Service Responsibilities*:
* Responds to and handles multiple customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and email.
* Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
* Record and modify customer information within the database
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Arrange deliveries and pickups to meet customer service expectations
* Communicate with company drivers on individual assignments and daily schedules
* Ensure accurate information obtained from our customers flows to drivers and billing personnel
* Contribute to implementing improvements to our dispatch and bin tracking system
* Other duties as requested
*Budtending:*
● Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
● Provide information based on ongoing learning and accurate product knowledge
● Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
● Cultivate, grow, and retain customer base through an exemplary customer experience
● Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
● Comprehend, apply, follow, and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulation
*Skills:*
* Exceptional customer service/sales skills, particularly over the phone
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to process information quickly and accurately
* Critical thinking skills to respond efficiently to changing customer requests throughout your day
* Ability to communicate effectively with company employees
* Ability to participate as a team member to improve company processes
* Needs to be comfortable with technology; including Excel and Google Sheets.
