We seek a dynamic and well-connected Industry Network Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach within the personal support worker (PSW) industry.
The Industry Network Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their extensive connections within personal support worker (PSW) agencies to foster relationships, drive business growth, and expand our network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the PSW industry and possess a wide-reaching network of contacts.
Business Development: Networking: Leverage existing network and develop new connections to expand the company's reach within the PSW industry.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the PSW industry.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential partners.
Maintain detailed records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the personal support worker (PSW) industry, with a strong network of contacts.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within PSW agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
